PIDCO believes that a vibrant downtown is needed to continue our history of positive economic development. With that in mind, PIDCO has worked with the City of Plymouth and a consultant to develop a vision and project possibilities to enhance our historic downtown. Through the use of public/private resources and grants, along with the collaboration of numerous organizations including PIDCO, the City of Plymouth, the Plymouth Redevelopment Commission, and the Plymouth Park Board investments will be made to “Invigorate Plymouth’s Core.”
